Trapped 1st Day Collection First Friday Occupancy Business Income Report : Directed by famous filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane, latest Bollywood movie Trapped is exhibiting admirable performance in the cinema halls. The celluloid, which stars Rajkummar Rao, Geetanjali Thapa and Khushboo Upadhyay in main roles, reported about 15-20% occupancy in theatres and is expected to register a business of Rs 0.8 crore on opening day.
Rajkumar Rao’s film, which revolves around the life of a man gets stuck in an empty high rise without food, water and electricity, seems to be quite interesting for the audiences. The reviews which the film received are pointing the excellent acting of Rao, who dazzled in the film Citylights. The movie is expected to make a good business in weekend days.
As the film is facing a tough competition with Aa Gaya Hero 1st Day Occupancy and Machine First Day Collection at box office, it is experiencing average response from the spectators in theatres. Apart from this, the film is also competing with Badrinath Ki Dulhania 8th day collection. BKD is having a good hold in the nationwide cinema halls and people are responding to the film as Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan are returning together on the screen for third time after a long time.
Alongside Rao’s brilliant performance, the newcomer actress Geetanjali Thapa also has been in talks for her outstanding acting skills in her previous films and she has continued to maintain her status in the film industry with her awesome performance in this newly released Hindi flick. The celluloid is expected to curb around Rs 10 crore total box office collection in first week.
