Arshad Warsi starrer ‘The Legend of Michael Mishra’ has been banned by Punjab as well as Haryana government claiming that the leading actor has used Valmiki’s name in one of the dialogues in the film which they seemed objectionable and hence stopped the release of the celluloid in these two states.
Our news reporters have confirmed that Valmiki community residing in that region has raised voice against this latest cinema in which their name has been taken by the man who had played the character of ‘Circuit’ in super hit blockbuster movie ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’.
An officer in the state government has claimed that the issue has caught inflammatory turn and hence the publicizing has been hindered. In order to avoid the communal conflicts, the authorities have decided to halt the release of this film in their state. Arshad Warsi, Aditi Rao Hydari, Boman Irani and Kayoze Irani starring new film is released on 5th of August.
Officials under the authorities talked to media about this issue and unveiled that their responsibility in their state is to maintain the law and order. If anything starts disturbing the peace in the area under their governance, then they suddenly have to clothe it or simply commote it.
