The Ghazi Attack 5th Day Collection 1st Tuesday Occupancy Box Office Report : Sankalp Reddy’s directorial debut has failed to create a huge impression over the mobs as the very first film of his career in Indian film industry has raked mere single digit amount in five days. The movie minted Rs 8.25 crore in four days and is now confronting with Jolly LLB 2 12th day occupancy on 1st Tuesday of its opening in Indian cinema halls.
Kicking off its box office journey on a decent note, Taapsee Pannu’s second Hindi flick of her career made a business of Rs 1.65 crore on the first day. The film, which hit screens on 17th February this year, earned Rs 2.25 crore on Saturday. On Sunday, the movie registered a business of Rs 2.8 crore and the film grossed declined collection of Rs 1.25 crore income.
In overseas, the movie has not succeeded in divulging the public attention to its screening. In Indian theatres, it is facing box office competition with Raees, Kaabil, Jolly LLB 2, Irada, Chauhar and Running Shaadi. Out of these Hindi cinemas, Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi starrer celluloid has majorly obstructed the business of this movie which is based on 1971 Indo-Pak war.
Jolly LLB 2 12th day collection has impacted the occupancy witnessed by The Ghazi Attack on February 21st. The film reported dull amount of occupancy in its morning shows. The film was expected to witness growth in the occupancy in noon shows. But it didn’t happen as Subhash Kashyap’s project has already dominated a major chunk of audiences.
The film’s business is expected to enter double digit income with its 5th day collection. Though the movie has been dubbed in three languages, the earnings of the film in initial six days have not been much satisfactory for the filmmakers. It seems quite difficult for the film to bag a good amount in coming days as Shahid Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan starrer Rangoon is set to release on this Friday, which comes on 24th February.
