Super star Salman Khan has once again caught into controversy by twitting irking comment on raped woman. On 21st June 2016, the man with incredible fan following expressed his feelings after the ‘Sultan’ shoot and compared those with a raped woman.
There’s wrestling scene in the movie in which ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor has to confront with a 120 kg boy. On the sets, ‘Hello Brother’ hero practiced hard for the accurate and perfect completion of that shot and received enormous physical pain after playing the scene.
‘Read’ film starrer, after finishing the shot, took his twitter timeline and wrote that it was very embarrassing to wrestle with 120 kg boy which had started paining his body. ‘Dabbang’ lead role player compared the later physical condition of him with a raped woman.
This comment has sent shock waves across every nook and corner of his fan following and has irked most of the women. Lalitha Kumaramangalam, the chief of National Commission for Women, stated that the commission has sent the actor a letter asking why he made the remark and has also given him seven days within which to pardon for his comment.
BJP prosecutor Shayana NC opined that the actor shouldn’t have commented like this which had hurt the sentiments of millions of females in his fan club. She too further added that he has to apologize for the alleged remarks.
Salim Khan tweeted about the issue and expressed sorrow over his son’s comment. He wrote, “Undoubtedly what Salman said is wrong, the simile, example and the context. The intention was not wrong. Nevertheless I apologize on behalf of his family, his fans and his friends.”
