Singam 3 Second/2nd Day Collection Occupancy Box Office Income : Suriya’s latest Tamil movie Singam 3 has opened with a 90% occupancy on first day of its release. According to a report in BoxOfficeCollection.com, the film earned Rs 17.50 crore in Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) and grossed Rs 4.50 crore in Karnataka as Singam 3 first day collection. The celluloid is expected to witness slightly less occupancy on day 2.

Reason behind the probability of the movie’s declination in the box office business is none other the release of Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi and Anu Kapoor starrer Jolly LLB 2. The courtroom drama is opening in Indian cinemas on Friday and the film could drive the public attention, declining the occupancy of other films in theatres.

Anushka Shetty and Shruti Hassan’s latest south Indian cinema is also facing the hindrance of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees and Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil. Though Raees 16th Day Collection and Kaabil 16th Day Collection haven’t impacted Suriya’s film’s business, but Jolly LLB 2 First/1st Day Collection, Raees 17th Day Collection and Kaabil 17th Day Collection can hamper the occupancy of Singam 3 in cinema halls.

Singam 3 2nd/Second Day Box Office Occupancy

Suriya’s movie has hit more than 2000 screens (including 500 plus in Tamil Nadu, 850 plus in Andhra Pradesh – Telangana and around 170 in Karnataka) in global arena. In overseas, Singam 3 witnessed a decent response from the audiences on opening day. It’s all because the Bollywood films Raees and Kaabil are driving the major chunk to cinema halls.

It would be quite interesting to see how the multi starrer South Indian flick struggles hard at box office and overcomes the challenge of three Hindi cinemas in a line. The celluloid is expected to bag a single digit box office collection on second day of its release. Let’s see how the film competes with other movies and earns the collection at BO on Friday.

Singam 3 Second/2nd Day Box Office Collection

Second part of this movie, which was released on 5th July 2013, had started its box office journey with copious opening day earnings. According to the sources, the film had grossed Rs 9.25 crore in Kerala, Rs 20 crore in Tamil Nadu and Rs 3.75 crore in Karnataka on the first day of its release. The 3rd sequel to the cinema is expected to earn a two digit collection at box office on Friday.

Directed by popular South Indian filmmaker Hari, the celluloid features famous Indian actress Shruti Hassan and illustrious Tamil-Telugu heroine Anushka Shetty in leading roles alongside Suriya. The main role player-actor is seen in the character of DCP Durai Singam while Anushka and Shruti are seen in the characters of Kavya Durai Singam (Suriya’s wife) and Vidhya. Apart from these actors, Singam 3 also stars Krish, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Nithin Sathya and Thakur Anoop Singh in supporting roles.
