Singam 3 (S3 / Si3/ C3) 11th Day Collection 2nd Tuesday Occupancy Box Office Income Report : After facing Jolly LLB 2 12th day collection challenge on February 21, Anushka Shetty starrer latest south Indian flick Singam 3 raked surprising single digit earnings on 11th day of its release. Latest reports suggest that Suriya and Shurti Hassan led third franchise of Singam series has raked an overall collection of Rs 60 crore in India.
Third installment of Singam series has been facing a box office clash with Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi and Anu Kapoor starrer movie since its opening day. Jolly LLB 2 12th day occupancy too has hindered the film’s journey at box office as Subhash Kapoor’s directorial venture is attracting a little number of audiences to its screening in south Indian states.
In Telugu speaking states, Singam 3 has been performing quite excellently as it the movie surpassed the 50-crore in club in its first week. The film didn’t succeed in earning a double digit collection in foreign countries. Fans of the star cast worked in this movie has responded to the film with huge appreciations and positive reviews.
After completing a satisfactory two digit collection at Indian box office, the celluloid’s business in international arena is heading towards 100-crore club. The flick is expected to reach the three digit worldwide box office collection by the end of its third week in Indian cinema halls. However, it has failed to break the record of Chiranjeevi’s latest movie Khaidi No. 150.
Major hindrance for the film’s journey at box office were none other the Bollywood movies Raees and Kaabil, which hit over thousands of screens across the nation on January 25 this year. Apart from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, Hari’s directorial venture reported average single digit box office business in Kerala.
Response for the movie reported a steep drop after Nenu Local and Om Namo Venkatesaya opened in Indian theatres. Akkineni Nagarjuna starrer new Telugu movie, which is a story based on the life and times of Baba Hathiram who was the 18th century devotee of Lord Venkateshwara, has divulged a big number of spectators to the silver screen.
