In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Siddhartha Malhotra acquiesced that he is going to play the leading role with Sonakshi Sinha in ‘Ittefaq’ remake. He also added that they’re about to commence for the shooting of Abhay Chopra directed movie very soon. Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar and Abhay’s brother Kapil are jointly producing this new venture.
Sources have confirmed that the ‘Student of the Year’ debutant hero will share big screen with ‘Dabbang’ debutante heroine in this film. This will the first time for both the super stars to work together in a cinema. Along with them, the celluloid will also feature Akshay Khanna who will be playing in a significant character.
While talking about the commencement of this film’s shooting, the actor said that it will being next year and will be released in the same year. He recently wrapped the schedule of ‘Raabta’ and is gonna kick off its promotions. ‘Tevar’ actress is also busy in promoting her newly releasing Hindi movie ‘Akira’ in which she is playing very crucial role.
Siddhartha, in his parlance with the news reporters told that he is quite excited for this new venture which he thinks is very challenging for him. Filmmakers have been prepping for the schedule of this new project undertook by B. R. Chopra’s grandson. Soon, more acquaintances related to cinema will be aired by the makers who’re keenly working on developing an interesting script for the same.
