Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi’s latest movie Khaidi No 150 has surpassed the three digit worldwide box office collection. Sources told that the overall collection of the film, which also features Kajal Agarwal in major role, has entered Rs 100 crore-club.
According to the sources, V V Vinayak’s directorial venture has minted a whopping Rs 53 crore total box office earnings in India till now.
Khaidi No 150 opened with an astounding business of Rs 23.24 crore in domestic arena. The celluloidsuccessfully broke the record of Baahubali’s first day collection (which was Rs 22.4 crore).
Khaidi No. 150 witnessed a drastic drop in the box office earnings on second day and collected Rs 6.10 crore on Thursday. Third day of its release also saw decline in the collection and the movie minted Rs 5.40 crores.
On fourth day, the movie saw stagnant occupancy in theatres and earned Rs 6.4 crores. On Sunday, the film amassed Rs 7 crores and saw declination in the income grossed on Monday. The cinema grossed Rs 4 crores on the sixth day of its release.
In Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the celluloid pocketed Rs 53 crore collection at Tollywood box office in four days. In Vizag zone, the movie made business of Rs 6.25 crore in the first weekend.
The celluloid is also heading close to the $2M-mark at the US box office. The film garnered $256,438 from over 130 locations on Saturday alone. The overall collection of Khaidi No 150 stands in US at $1,930,900.
