Telugu super star Chiranjeevi starrer new movie Khaidi No. 150 grossed a collection of Rs 14 crore at box office on 3rd day of its release, say the trade reports.
Overall box office collection of the film, which opened with a collection more than Rs 47 crore in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, is heading towards 100 crore-club.
The movie raked around Rs 30 crore on the 2nd day of its release. Till now, the film has curbed earnings more than Rs 70 crore.
As weekend will be the holiday for most of the people, the celluloid is expected to gross more income on Sunday.
V V Vinayak directed cinema has also minted an average box office collection in overseas. The film has raked in Rs 8 crore from its premiere shows in US.
With the huge collections in three days, the movie has already surpassed the opening day business of Tamil star Pawan Kalyan’s Sardar Gabbar Singh.
Trade analysts are anticipating the film to maintain the momentum of garnering nearly same amount at box office which it has collected in the initial three days of its release.
Directed by V. V. Vinayak, Khaidi No 150 hit more than 1400 screens on January 11 in India. The movie, which is a remake of the Tamil film Kaththi (2014), stars renowned actress Kajal Agarwal in leading role opposite actor Chiranjeevi.
