Jodhpur District Sessions Court will announce the verdict on actor Salman Khan’s Arms Act Case on January 18, reported ANI News Agency. ANI tweeted, “Jodhpur District Sessions Court to announce decision on Salman Khan’s Arms Act Case on January 18.”

After the completion of final arguments of the case, the court of chief judicial magistrate fixed the date of verdict. The final arguments from both sides had started on December 9, 2016.

Forest department in Jodhpur had filed case against Salman Khan under the Arms Act in October, 1998 for alleged possession and use of arms with expired license during alleged poaching of two black bucks in Kankani village.

Salman has three poaching cases registered against him. In April 2006 and in August 2007, the actor has served time in the Jodhpur jail. In 2016, the actor was exonerated in one of the cases by Rajasthan High Court.

On the work front, Salman is currently busy shooting for Kabir Khan’s Tubelight which is scheduled to release on Eid 2017. The actor will soon start shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai which is slated to release on 22 Dec 2017. Apart from these films, Salman will also be seen in the leading character in Remo D’Souza’ next directorial venture.
