Bollywood actor Salman Khan will be seen in the character of a ‘dancer’ in Remo D’Souza’s upcoming movie. Salman will play a father of 13 year old girl in Remo’s next film, which will be an emotional drama. The actor has earlier played a dad in 1998 movie Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai.
Salman Khan confirmed this news in a recent interview. “In my next, I’m playing the father to a 13-year-old girl. It’s a film about dancing. Like the Hollywood ‘Step Up’ franchise. I’m going to be a properly trained dancer. You know how painful that is? But I’ve always believed that effortless hard work should be seen on-screen,” Salman told the reporters.
Though title for the film isn’t yet confirmed by the filmmakers, story of the movie revolves around the life of a daughter and her daddy. 13 year old girl’s dad wants his daughter to achieve great heights.
Salman Khan is currently gearing up for his upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Tubelight’. After the huge success of his Eid released film ‘Sultan’, in which he had played a wrestler, the actor will be seen in the role of an Indian guy in ‘Tubeligh’ movie. The film is based on the love story of an Indian man and a girl from China. Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie is scheduled to release on June 26, 2017.
