Badrinath Ki Dulhania 8th Day Collection 2nd Friday Occupancy Report : Facing the clash with Trapped first day business, Aa Gaya Hero 1st Day Occupancy and Machine First Day Collection, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer latest Hindi offering witnessed drop in the theatre occupancy on Friday. After completing one week in the cinema halls, Shashank Khaitan’s Bollywood flick faced immense competition at box office on 17th March. The movie is expected to earn Rs 2.03 crore income 8th day of its release.
The movie showcased awesome performance in the opening weekend as it raked a total business of Rs 43 crore in first three days. The movie maintained consistency in its business on fourth day and collected Rs 12.05 crore as 4th day collection. The film witnessed declination in the box office earnings on 5th day and minted Rs 7.15 crore.
The celluloid, which is based on a romantic love story between a young girl and boy, didn’t face any box office clash on Wednesday and Thursday. The movie turned out to be a consistent performer on these days as it grossed Rs 6.05 crore and Rs 5.95 crore on sixth and seventh day respectively. The film totalled a business of Rs 73.28 crore in first week.
Showcasing brilliant performance in domestic arena, Varun Dhawan’s new Hindi offering also fascinated a big audience in the foreign countries. Minting a good response in overseas, the movie collected Rs 1.44 crore in UK, Rs 0.66 crore in New Zealand, Rs 0.02 crore in Malaysia, Rs 5.71 crore in Canada and US, Rs 0.07 crore in Germany, Rs 0.84 crore in Australia and Rs 10.03 crore from rest of the world. Till now, the cinema has made worldwide business of Rs 105.71 crore in seven days.
