Apex Court in India has issued a notice to Salman Khan in 1998’s poaching case. After the famous ‘Hit and Run’ case, this is the most popular case in which this well reputed Bollywood hero is confounded. In July this year, the actor was exonerated by the court, but now, he has been once again trapped in the case with this new notice.

In 2007, when Salman was convicted, he was punished with one year and four year term imprisonment respectively. After residing behind the bars for one week, ‘Sultan’ starrer came out of the jail on bail. As no evidences were found in this regard, the hero was exculpated in the case and left undoubted in this matter.

Salman’s driver Harish Dulani is the key eye witness in the killing of chinkara. But the threats made him remain quiet in court. Rajasthan state government had challenged the decision of Rajasthan high court and had filed an appeal seeking imprisonment for the hero to serve the rest of the sentence. Salman Khan’s reaction to the notice is being awaited by his fans who are eager to know about decision of court.
