Jaya Bachchan, who is a famous Bollywood actress and wife of veteran Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan, has lent her voice to a Hindi film for the first time.
Jaya has lent her voice in movie Alif – Ladhna Nahi, Padhna Zaroori Hain. Directed by Zaigham Imam, story of the film revolves around a father and son’s fight against orthodox seminary education and his fellow neighbors.
The movie stars Neelima Azeem, Pawan Tiwari, Danish Hussain, Aditya Om, Bhavna Pani, Simala Prasad and child artists Ishaan Kaurav and Mohammad Saud. Produced by Pawan Tiwari and Zaigham Imam, the film will release on February 3, 2017.
Alif – Ladhna Nahi, Padhna Zaroori Hain was recently showcased in Aligarh Muslim University where it was greatly applauded. The movie has won Best child artist award and Best Screenplay award in Bioscope Global film festival.
